What is Pixel Park Rescue?
A cozy, no-pressure match-3 puzzle game. You play a park ranger: swap and match tiles to clear objectives, smash crates to free trapped animals, and spend your rewards restoring four beautiful biomes — from Pine Forest to Tropical Island.
Does it cost anything to play?
No. Pixel Park Rescue is free to play with optional in-app purchases and ads. A one-time Remove Ads upgrade is available in the shop.
Do I need an account or the internet?
No account and no sign-in are required. You can play offline; an internet connection is only needed to load ads and to complete in-app purchases.
Where is my progress saved?
Your progress is saved locally on your device. It is not tied to an account.
My progress disappeared — can you restore it?
Because saves are stored on the device, deleting and reinstalling the app, or switching to a new device, does not carry your progress with it. We are not able to recover a local save that has been removed. If something looks wrong, email us and we will do our best to help.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the in-game Shop and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom (it is also available in Settings → Account). Non-consumable items such as Remove Ads and the Starter Pack will be restored to the same Apple ID that bought them. Consumable items like gem packs are used up when granted and cannot be restored.
I bought something and didn't receive it.
First try Restore Purchases in the Shop. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out. Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I remove ads?
Buy the one-time Remove Ads upgrade in the Shop. If you already own it on another device, tap Restore Purchases.
How does energy work?
Starting a level costs energy, which refills over time on its own. When you are out, you can wait for it to recharge or watch a rewarded ad for a top-up.
Why do I see ads?
Ads keep the game free. Some ads are optional and rewarded (you choose to watch them for a bonus). You can remove banner and interstitial ads with the one-time Remove Ads upgrade.
Is the game safe for kids?
Pixel Park Rescue is rated 4+ and contains no violence or objectionable content. It does show advertising and offer in-app purchases, so we recommend a parent manages purchases with Screen Time / Ask to Buy. It is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
What data does the game collect?
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name or email through the game. Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may process device and ad-interaction data to show ads. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
The game won't load, crashes, or a screen looks stuck.
Try these in order: close and reopen the app; make sure iOS and the app are up to date; restart your device; check your internet connection. If it continues, email us your device model and iOS version and we will investigate.
A rewarded ad didn't give my reward.
Ads must finish playing for the reward to apply. If a network hiccup interrupts it, try again in a moment. If a reward is consistently missing, let us know.
