In plain language: We don't make you sign in, and we don't collect your name or email inside the game. Your progress is saved on your device. We show ads through Google AdMob, which processes some device and ad data to do that. We don't sell your data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Cacele Digital, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company based in St. Augustine, Florida, handles information in connection with the mobile game Pixel Park Rescue (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. This notice governs the App specifically.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, or contact information through the App. Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

The App displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, our advertising partner may collect and process certain information automatically, including:

Device identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA, where permitted)
Device type, operating system, and language
General usage and ad-interaction data (such as ads shown and tapped)
Coarse location derived from IP address

2. How information is used

Information collected by our advertising partner is used to display ads, measure ad performance, limit how often you see the same ad, and — with your permission — show ads that are more relevant to you. We use locally stored data only to save your game progress and settings on your device.

3. In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (such as gems, resource packs, and an ad-free upgrade). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, the App will ask for your permission before tracking your activity for personalized advertising, as required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

5. Advertising partner

Ads are delivered through Google AdMob. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and you can learn about Google's advertising practices and opt-outs at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

6. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

7. Your choices

You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings.
You can decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
Deleting the App removes locally stored game data from your device.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR in the EU/UK and CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to processing. Since we do not hold personal data about you on our own servers, most requests relate to data processed by our advertising partner; we will help direct any request. Email us to exercise these rights and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Data retention

We do not store personal information on our own servers. Data processed by our advertising partner is retained according to that partner's policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
